Visitors are treated to a fascinating guided tour of the facilities at the "Cathedral of Rum". Everyone from the vast fermentation vats to the high speed bottling machinery is at work and on display. A trolley takes you to the Bacardi products at the gift shop. This also takes you through a walking tour of Old San Juan with an experienced guide that will point out to guests to the "Capitolio" and the "San Cristobal Fort", after the tour the guide will lead them to a world of small shops for their shopping and lunch on your own.
